Bring your product, branding and packaging requirements together before discussing a customization project.
Begin with the product reference or intended use. If you have selected an IBD model, include the exact model number and the configuration you want to discuss. If the specification is still open, describe the devices, use case and market you are targeting.
Prepare your brand logo, preferred colors and packaging references. Explain which elements are essential and which can be adjusted after reviewing the available options. The feasible customization scope should be confirmed with the team.
Include an estimated order quantity, destination market and desired delivery window. Minimum order quantity, sample arrangements and production lead time depend on the agreed project and should be confirmed directly.
Keep a written record of the approved specification, artwork and sample. These agreed references help keep the project clear as it moves from discussion to production.
